WE SPENT OUR childhood in brick piles and on concrete slabs. As boys, we experienced the world from the back seat of a hardy, brown-striped chevy extended cab. The radio, we remember, would spit out The Temptations through a warm static.

Our father, Mike Rozier, lugged us to sun-scorched job sites, Tonka trucks in tow, and gave us a front row seat to all the glory and grit of the world of construction. Dad always taught us that quitting was never an option. Never stop building became the anthem of our lives. It was the way Dad treated his clients. It was the way he approached every project. It was the way he grew his business and constructed his legacy. Dad said yes, then he found a way. He forged ahead, no matter what. Today, we are proud to carry our father’s legacy to a new generation. At Rozier, we never stop building. We’re just getting started, and we’re building the future together.
